Kokyu Na'Mean sandwich shop has opened near intersection of 54 and 55 (in the shopping strip behind Vit Goal and the Korean grocery). They have sandwiches, panini, soups, and some sides. Prices are reasonable, and my crimini mushroom panino with romesco dipping sauce was excellent. I enjoyed the side of kimchee cucumber pickles and my small cup of soup as well. The seating area is basic but charming, with graffiti reminiscent of the Kokyu truck painted on the inside walls. The vibe to me felt very Austin, TX. I couldn't find a website, but here's the Yelp listing. Definitely check it out.
