Inspired by the "Buffalo Bills Chicken Wing Sauce" thread, I'd like to ask if anyone can give me pointers, or better yet, a recipe, for Kojax hot sauce. It hasn't changed significantly since I worked downtown in the 80s. I would like to get/make some at home because they keep refusing to sell me a bunch. Note to people who have not tried it: it's not very hot, but what it lacks in heat it makes up in taste. Muchos grazias in advance!
