Has anyone tried Kobe beef at Park restaurant?

I've had the lower tier Wagyu at Sumi Dojo (which they have as a special occasionally) and one at Saiko a while ago. It definitely was more tender and buttery than the usual beef steak but not so great that I'd eagerly spend the extra money on it again anytime soon.
