Need a knocked out Sunday Brunch in Seattle with corkage

We'll be stopping in Seattle for one day on a repositioning cruise from Vancouver to San Diego.

Hopefully we'll be hooking up with a friend who happens to be the ex-gf of our absolute favorite chef in the world (google my handle above with "Adam Kreisel" to check out my posts about this genius and his unbelievably creative dishes). Even if we don't see her, we'll be bringing a bottle of the totally exquisite Salon champagne (an '88 for those who know of Salon...got 6 bottles right here in Utah of all places).

Need a place with KILLER brunch fare (does not have to be a boofay) that will allows us to enjoy our own bubbly.

Our best meal memory from Seattle was at Dahlia Cafe a few years back, so we are looking for a place of that caliber.
