I need to buy new kitchen knives. Paring knives, 8" chef, 10" chef, bread knife. All our knives will go in the dishwasher. (Yeah, I know you should carefully hand-wash your knife after each use. That's not going to happen in our house.)
Any recommendations for dish-washerable knives? I will pay extra for better quality. I'd actually like to buy at least 3 of each type of knife, so there's always a clean one. I cut fruit and vegetables twice a day.
