Merry Christmas all! My wife got me wonderful and thoughtful gifts to support my new hobby as home cook! We are both research hounds and like to spend our money wisely, so looking for opinions on how we did selecting our starter kits.

For cookware she got me the tramontina 10 piece essentials set shown here:
