Does anyone know of a place that sharpens knives in southwestern CT or in any part of the state? I have a chef's knife that has a small chunk out of the blade and I'm looking for someone to grind it down and re-sharpen it.
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
