I was given two wild duck this week . Cleaned whole . It was suggested to me marinate the ducks in Teriyaki and cook in the oven at three hundred for forty five minutes . I went ahead and marinated for around eight hours . I should have not marinated the ducks and just cooked them simply with a little salt and pepper . I felt the Teriyaki would dry it out and it did .I knew it but and went ahead cooked it the suggested way . It came out dry .Also I'm not a big fan of marinades. I should have cooked it less also . Advice given to you for cooking, baking or recipes you knew wouldn't turn out . But you went ahead and did it anyway ?
