Hi all, I mixed up some no knead pizza dough (Lahey's recipe) last night but won't be able to make it today. I'm about to enter step 2 of the recipe, but I don't know the best spot to stick the dough into the fridge. After step 2? After step 3? I think maybe after step 2, and then when I'm ready to use I'll pull it out and let the 2nd rise happen as it comes to room temp before I bake. Thanks for your help!
