If you're on West 56th Street between 5th & 6th Avenues, check out Kishti. The buffet had the standard offerings of veggies, dips, salads and fritters. I really liked the tandoori chicken and it was seasoned properly and fragrantly. It tasted fresh out of the oven and wasn't lukewarm tasting probably due to the large turnover of diners in the restaurant.
The price is right too and the ambiance is more upscale than what you find on East 6th Street. Seating is on two levels with the buffet on the second level.
