King Arthur's New White Whole Wheat Flour- Nutritional Comparison

I only recently learned about this 'new' product an a CH Hermits thread;perhaps it has alrdy been extensively discussed, in which case, mea culpa.

From my brief perusal, it seems that this new White Whole Wheat is a bit below Wh Wht in a number of areas- carbo, calories, fiber, niacin, three B vitamins, etc but it seems like a great step for bakers who know that white flour is basically just not good for you. I would love to hear from nutritionists out there because i really am uneducated about all this.
