I bought some kale at the farmer's market, but I have no idea what kind it is - It has broad flat leaves that ruffle a bit especially around the edges. It's deep, even bright, purple on the front, and green on the back. It looks a lot like dinosaur kale, except it's not as tough, purple rather than deep green or black, and doesn't curl nearly as much. I've been googling for hours - any ideas? The pic below shows one leaf face up with a folded leaf on top so you can see the green backside.
