I have got into the habit of grilling bacon. Right over the coals. I grill it for bacon burgers, BLT's everything that you can use bacon for. At first I thought it was a healthy way to cook bacon, the fat drips away. Now I see that all the fat dripping on the coals, producing smoke, which seems to be the good part, is gonna kill me with carcinogens. Does anyone else grill bacon? Do you care that it will result in your ultimate demise?
Is there a way I can do this that won't kill me, or am I worried about nothing?
Oh, if you never have grilled bacon, you are missing out.
