Kielbasa without gristle?

I love the flavor of kielbasa but get grossed out by the gristle. Yes, I know what goes into these things, I just don't want to recognize chunks of tendon or whatever it is. Any generally available brands that have a more homogeneous texture? The first time I tried Nathan's it looked like a winner, but the next time I bought one it was just as gristly as Hillshire Farms etc. so my quest resumes.
