i will be visiting philly this coming sunday with my 16-month old son. he has been dining out since he was a week old and as such, is very accustomed to being in restaurants. however, it is definitely becoming more "challenging" to enjoy a full meal uninterrupted by his wanting to walk around, drink from mommy's straw etc. etc. that said, i am seeking suggestions for affordable, spacious restaurants in the city that provide highchairs and are welcoming to kids. i was a foodie/chowhound before having my son and am determined to remain one without resorting to dining @ the olive garden now! in other words, said restaurant suggestions will also ideally serve good food -- i will gratefully welcome all recommendations-and am open to dining options of all ethnicities. thanks in advance for all your help!
