OK guys and gals,
I have a serious addiction to the spaghetti w/lamb ragu at Max Court, a simple Italian restaurant in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. It is basic, it is good, I need to have it at least once a week; thus, I need to learn how to make it. The sauce is thick, goopy, meaty, a bit tomato-ey, a bit cheesy (?), and SO satisfying. I even crave it in hot weather.
I'm NOT an experienced cook, but not completely pathetic either; can you direct me to a recipe that isn't too complicated but will deliver the results I crave? For two.
