Four of us had dinner the other night at Khushboo, and were very pleased with it.
The restaurant is located on the second floor, has very appealing decor added to the warm, friendly greeting we received made us disposed to like the place from the start. The food was very good also, so we left stuffed and happy.
The menu was very large and extensive, covering several different Indian cuisines. Thre were sections devoted to Appetizers, Curries, Vegetarian Dishes, South India, Tandoori, and specials.
While we perusede the menu, we were served some Papadams with three chutneys.
We started off with the Hot Vegetarian Appetizer plate. It consisted of sveral deep fried items, and IMHO was the least memorable dish of the evening.
We ate the rest of the meal family style with Saag Paneer ( spinach and cheese) that was e4xcellent, a vegetarian dish made with raisins, pine nuts, chick peas, etc that was also a big hit. The Gohst (lamb) Tikka and Chicken curry were both very flavorful, although I thought the lamb was a bit tough. We also had a huge basket of stuffed breads that were wonderful.
