I finally have the lime tree I've wanted for years and have a great crop with the tree in the ground only 4 months or so. The happy resullt is that I have way more limes than I can use.
So...... my question is about how to make the crop last as long as possible. Leave them on the tree until they get all yellow? Pick them when just a little yellow (per most of what I've read).... then how to store them to keep them the freshest? Fridge or not?
