Was cruising Zona Rosa last night looking for some sort of non-chain restaurant (HA!) and happened upon this little hole in the wall. It's in the mini-mall across from the Zona Rosa entrance, on the south side of the road.
REAL Mexican. Fresh poblano and tomato salsa with cilantro. Flor de cabeza empanadas. Toasted goat cheese with fresh oregano. Shrimp Oaxacan style. Adobo chicken. The lightest light chicken flautas. Unsweetened chocolate desserts. The best margarita I've had in this town. Dinner for two with drinks, less than $50.
Owner said it has been open for about a month. If you're up by Zona Rosa, I highly recommend a stop.
Ponak's can suck my dick...
