Katy Sweet Chewy Pecan Pralines

As one who favors "Chewy Pralines" over grainy crystallized examples or creamy styles, I didn't hesitate to grab one I spotted on the shelf at Andy's Orchard in Morgan Hill, CA. Nothing untoward in the ingredient list either.

I liked the flavor and generous amounts of pecans, but these were kind of on the soft side and not chewy enough for me.
