I've wanted to write about this deli for quite some time now but have not had a chance since my first visit in late June. They sell Bulgarian style sausages and cured meats, plus feta and other cheeses.

I've been shopping there each week, and the second time I went in the publisher of the "Bulgarian Flame" newspaper was there and took a picture of me at the counter, you can see that on the wall when you enter the store. They wanted to know why someone who is not Bulgarian shopped there, as almost all the customers are from Bulgaria. I have been trying all the various sausages they sell and usually buy 4 or 5 varieties each time I go there. All have been good but my favourite is the fillet Trakia, and a long thin sausage (about 1.5 cm by 20 cm) whose name I forget.
It's worth a visit if you like dry cured sausages.
