hey all, I'm visiting KC and I hear the best BBQ in the world comes outta there, according to its biggest culinary booster, Mr. Trillin. In Feeding a Yen he names all these places, but I've misplaced the book.
So can anyone provide, augment, disprove or give alternate or concurrent choices to the establishments as recommended by Mr. Trillin? I want those burnt ends, I want those ribs, so any and all recommendations would be most absolutely welcome.
