kaffir lime leaves - storage and uses?

Wendy Lai | Jan 5, 200406:45 PM     14

I bought a fresh baggy full of kaffir lime leaves the other day. I didn't have any uses in mind, just saw it and thought this is a hard ingrident to come by, buy it first worry later.
So I threw the bag in the freezer, thinking it'll keep. Will it? for how long?

And is there any vegetarian dish I can make with this? I know I can probably make various kind of curry with this, but the in-laws are staying with us and they are strictly vegan.
