I'm getting ready to move out of Northern Virginia, and one of the things I will miss the most is Kabob Palace. I've looked around at middle eastern cookbooks but haven't been able to find anything even close to what they are making there. Does any one what particular style of middle eastern food they are doing there so I can try to narrow down my search, or what the chick pea dish is called? I asked one of the guys what was in the chickpeas sonce and he just said "a bunch of stuff!".I am an avid home chef, but middle eastern cooking isn't something I am very good at just figuring out.
