June–August 2018 Baking/Dessert Cookbook of the Month: SWEET

Caitlin McGrath | May 31, 201808:33 PM     162

Welcome to our Baking/Dessert COTM for June, July, and August 2018, SWEET, by Yotam Ottolenghi and Helen Goh. We’ll use this thread for all reports and discussion of recipe in the book.

* Please type recipe titles in ALL CAPS, and include the page number, if available.

* If you are the first to report on a recipe, please do so in a reply to this post. If someone else has already reported, please reply to their comment. This keeps reports for a recipe grouped together in the thread and easier to follow.

Per Chowhound rules, do not post recipes copied verbatim; links are fine, as is posting exact ingredients with instructions paraphrased.

IMPORTANT NOTE for those using the North American (US and Canada) edition, and probably particularly applicable to library copies (or any others) that may be from the original printing: The publisher issued a page of errata and corrections (incorporated in a later printing) pertaining to this edition: http://crownpublishing.com/sweetupdate
