Jumbo scallop pieces?

michaeljc70 | Oct 14, 202004:08 PM     11

A pretty nice local store (they have several locations) has advertised Jumbo scallop pieces for $6.99 a few times including this week. I haven't seen them in person yet. I love scallops, dislike the price for good scallops. My concern is is how would you cook these? It seems like they may not cook evenly and there may be a lot for a few servings to flip like you would do with normal jumbo scallops. Maybe treat them more like a saute where you keep things moving a lot in the pan over high heat?
