What's everyone doing for BBQs on the weekend of July 4?
I have a few possibilities, including macaroni and cheese on the charcoal grill, which is really good and fairly easy to make (a dash of mustard makes it perfect).
Another option besides the usual ribs, burgers, hot dogs, etc. is pizza on the grill. I've done this a few times and it comes out a lot like a New York style pizza. The key is to wait until the coals cool down a bit, and the pizza should only be on for a couple of minutes over indirect heat.
Anyone have any good ideas for ribs, steak, chicken on the grill?
