I just tried my new Kuhn Rikon julienne peeler (WOW, it is really fabulous) and julienned a ton of carrots and zucchini. I am not planning to make a stir-fry tonight (I bought the peeler for stir-fry cooking a la Grace Young). So, what to do with a lot of julienned carrots and zucchini? Should
I steam them? Saute in butter and garlic? What would be a good way to prepare julienned veggies?
