Joseph's Flowerworks (and Coffee House)

Found this cute place on 1714 Wilcox Ave, LA (between Highland and Vine, N of Hollywood) over the weekend. It is officially a flower shop, but they also offer coffees, tea, Italian Sodas, Gelato (I think) and Paninis. I ordered the BBLT Panini (not on the menu but ask for it and they will make it). It was Brie, Bacon (they use Pancetta), Lettuce & Tomato. I got it on Foccacia and after it was grilled in the Panini machine, they re-opened it up and put some mayo and field greens. I also had an Orange Italian Soda. A delicious buy (both for $6.50). So good. Nice and big. They also have other choices of Norwegian Salmon, Peppered Turkey, Fritatta (odd, but they said it was good), and other items I am unable to remember. The cheese choices are Brie, Mortadella and Mozzarella. Give 'em a try!
It is a really cute comfortable little place with tables both inside and out. They have poetry every Friday night and music every (?) night.
I also believe that the flowers are very reasonably priced and they deliver. I looked through Joseph's bouquet binder and he does some pretty imaginitive stuff!
