I tried this place for the first time since they opened a month ago. Pretty standard Italian food with nothing too adventurous on the menu. The food was ok but nothing very noteworthy. Service was slow but freindly. The average age of the diners was around 70 on the night we ate there and I wondered if a bus had pulled up from some senior center. There were families with kids as well, but they were the exception. Someone with two left hands was murdering some old standards on the piano in the bar, at first I thought it was someone playing a joke, but they were actually working there. The waitress coaxed us to try the deserts which she swore were great, we tried them, they were'nt. They were not housemade, but shipped in from some local bakery not worth mentioning.
If you like the sort of "Italian American" food at the Olive Garden, then this is your place, but if you like spicy authentic real Italian food look elsewhere.
