Winery chef Todd Knoll is allocating some of the limited supply of meat for by-appointment wine and food tastings, special events, and the new three-hour tour that traverses the property with periodic food and wine stops along the way.
As for the Wagyu cross… if and when that love connection might occur isn’t known yet.
“Our ranch manager is just too slammed with vineyard, garden and road work projects right now,” said Jordan communications director Lisa Mattson. “So our chef is hoping that he can help do some of the legwork on the Wagyu sperm insemination project.” "
