I'm gonna finally make jook in my ricecooker. I have recipes/advice from Melanie Wong and Yimster but am not sure how long to cook the rice as the appliance can be set for porrige/congee from 1 to 4 hours. The instructions also don't say anything about soaking the rice which MW soaks overnight. I just started the soaking. I'm using equal parts long grain, jasmin and sticky/sweet. HELP!
