I had the 6 course tasting menu and DH decided to go all out and get the 16. They gave us copies of our menus and a bagette in a little shopping bag when we left. Let me see if I can remember what we ate w/o them. Some of the ones on the online menu sound like what we had, so don't be too impressed with my cutting and pasting of French.

First course

Lemon gelée flavored with vanilla and topped with an anisette cream

They made me fresh tomato and baby scallops

My second course

ravioli made from turnip filled with radish and crab

We both had:

a soup with aromatic herbs

Sautéed veal chop with natural jus and vegetable taglierinis
flavored with pesto

Pan-fried sea bass with a lemon grass foam and stewed baby leeks

Dessert was a dragon fruit filled with pineapple sorbet and assorted pastries and candies

There was also a choice of sorbet or ice cream in a sugar shell.

DH had the following in addition to mine, plus a few I don't recall:

Green asparagus topped with Oscetra caviar

Tuna tartar, cold red bell pepper confit with bergamot and ham

Frog leg fritter with a light garlic purée and parsley sauce

Duck foie gras and spring vegetables in a green cabbage ravioli

Confit of lamb with a Mediterranean flavored wheat semoule

Le Chocolat
coulant Araguani rafraîchi à la menthe poivrée
Melting Aragani chocolate with a hint of peppermint

Le Café express

There was also a cheese cart, but we both passed on that since we were so full.

Dinner took 4 hours. We left the restaurant at midnight from an 8 o'clock reservation.
