Went on Monday night and opted to dine in the bar area to watch the NFL game so service was slow since our 1 waitress was also covering the patio area. She was very friendly, just overwhelmed. All of our food was served by the manager but the waitress did check in with us on each course.
Caprese Salad-4 tomato slices topped with balsamic vinegrette and shredded basil with cubed fresh mozzarella-very refreshing
Creamy potato soup with sausage- great comfort food for a cold night
Veal marsala w/ mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes, paremsan crips and sauteed spinach- This was a very large portion but the sauce was so rich that you couldn't eat very much at a time. Parmesan crisp and colors on the plate made a very nice presentation.
Filet Mignon w/diane sauce, seasonal veggies & potatoes-steak was perfectly cooked and the sauce was served lightly enough to not mask the flavor of the meat, the veggies were squash and zuchini and still had a slightly crisp taste; the potatoes were unremarkable-I think it was supposed to be an au gratin, but with no cheese or cream to speak of they were left on the plate in their dry state.
Tiramisu- large portion but I left most of it on the plate-very dry and with little coffee flavor
Apple Crisp w/Vanilla bean ice cream- this was great with a hint of cinnamon- we cleaned the plate.
All it all it was a great meal and we truly felt we got a value by using the ARW menu.
We did have to request the ARW menu from the hostess even though we included that in our reservation-The waitress did suggest that menu to us though.
