Jo Jo Closing - Not Exactly

I remember reading a few posts about the closing of Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Jo Jo and have learned something about it. He's relocating it, according to an English food magazine that I'm reading right now, to somewhere in TriBeCa. It also says he's building a new "80 million dollar boutique hotel, apartment and restaurant complex," he's selling his spices and opening a beach restaurant called Dune in Nassau. With all that, his two restaurants at the Trump, Vongs in three cities and a steakhouse in Las Vegas, when does the man find time to cook?
