Jinja-Paseo del Norte, ABQ

I had a celebration lunch at Jinja on Paseo the other day with some friends and it was just plain blah. I've been there about 20 times over the last four or five years and it's usually pretty good for lunch. This time I had the Rice Paper Salmon and it was flavorless, overcooked and boring. The fried rice tasted like it was nuked. The only decent part of the meal was fresh cukes with an Asian dressing.

I asked for four different apperitifs and they didn't have a clue what I was talking about (Ricard, Dubonnet, Cinzanno and Pernod--nothing that extraordinary). The bartender finally came to our table and apologized and I ordered a glass of white wine. I have ordered Dubonnet there before but they no longer have it.

Has anyone else had a disappointing experience there? I have not been to the other locations. This one is always very busy at lunch as it was that day. It's a good location, easy parking, Trader Joe's next door, etc.

I'm running out of decent lunch spots in ABQ!
