What's up with Jimmy's Cafe in Wellesley?

Rn8or | Jan 9, 2008 02:46 PM

My family and I went there for lunch recently. I was amazed that this place gets a thumbs up in this town. Am I the only one who gets that all they do is nuke processed food? The mashed potatoes are not freshly made, the chicken patty for my sandwich was perfectly oval and the "grill marks" uncannily uniform.

I went to C & T the other day (before they moved into Stephanie's Bakery) and there was a truck there for delivery to Jimmy's. What were they delivering? Frozen chicken patties.

Does anyone know anything different from what I tasted and saw? Is it my imagination that this food is processed?
