Jerk rub + country ribs =

I rubbed some jerk seasoning on about 3 pounds of boneless country style pork ribs and left them in the frig overnight. I'm just undecided about how long and how hot to cook them.

We have no grill so that is out. Also, I don't want to slow cook them as I won't get home until after 6PM and I want to eat them tonight (actually I don't eat pork but my husband does . . . regardless). I want an oven cooking preparation that will yield just a great, flavorful product (I would be willing sear them first in a pan if someone insists).

I was thinking about starting them in a hot oven (425 or so) for about 10 minutes and then reducing to 325. Does anyone have a good suggestion?
