Mr. Jerk and other Jamaican places

Many, many postings ago, several people mentioned Mr. Jerk as a place to get good take-out Jamaican food for cheap. I checked it out last week. Their jerk pork is amazing, with generous portions to boot! I liked it better than the ones at the Real Jerk or Albert's Real Jamaican Food. However, the accompanying cole slaw was what can be best described as dry cabbage pellets. It may be a good idea to ask for extra rice (which is quite tasty) and hold the slaw. I also had their beef patty, which was strangely-shaped and tasteless. Aside from the jerk pork, the great thing about Mr. Jerk is that they deliver. If I'm hungry in the middle of the night, I will still drive to Albert's (the original St. Clair & Vaughan location, not the new one at Queen & Bathurst), because they're open until 3 or 4 a.m. and their food is good. The Real Jerk is also still good after all these years (remember when they were located at Queen & Greenwood in the mid-Eighties, with communal picnic tables?), especially if you prefer a real sit-down restaurant.
