Jean Talon Market & Vicinity - 2018

JerkPork | Jun 11, 201807:33 PM     13

A couple of things,

I was at the market today and the lady at Chez Louis brought this up. It was discussed on the morning French radio stations. Vendors are not very happy about how things are being handled concerning disappearing parking spots. I personally have started doing my groceries at the market during my lunch break which doesn't give me a lot of time. She asked me about my experience and told her parking gets more difficult every year. She said the market is turning into a place where people come only to have a coffee. It is getting way too busy on the weekends, this is why I'm driving over during my lunch break but I'm not spending as much as I used too as I'm just grabbing some produce.

Also, Patisserie St-Martin is taking over the Gascogne spot, to be opened in July.
