I just went to Java Green (a vegan restaurant-cafe), and it is AWESOME. This is coming from a hardcore meat loving individual. I usually don't consider it a meal unless it has some form of meat/fish/poultry on the plate. I went there with a vegetarian friend of mine and just ordered a salad with soy chicken. It was really good. I went back and had the mushroom bulgogi (korean spicy meat) panini.
First, I am Korean and the place is owned by Koreans. The mushroom bulgogi tasted like the real deal. It had the right taste and spicyness with a texture very close to real beef. The bread was nice and crispy on the outside and chewy. I also sampled the spicy soy chicken and it was GREAT. I honestly don't know if I could have told the difference between that and real chicken. I also got a green tea frappe. It came with a little swirl of whipped cream on top and was extremely tasty. I am DEFINITELY going back.
For all you vegetarians and healthy eaters, you definitely want to check this place out. For all you non-vegetarians, it is worth visiting.
