Jasper recommendations - for coffee - special meal - and ambiance...

Hello Hounds,

My hubby and I will be in Jasper for two nights this coming week (Mon and Tues evenings). This will be my first time visiting and his first in the past 10 years, so we are unfamiliar with the dining scene, to say the least.

We are looking for recommendations for a splendid morning cup of coffee for starters. It's a special trip as hubby is leaving for Afghanistan the following week, so only the very best restaurant (at least one night) will do! We would like to have a traditionally "Canadian" meal one night (steak/game/contemporary). The other night we are more flexible - perhaps sushi or thai. Romantic views and good wine lists would be a bonus. For lunch, extensive beer selection please.

I've heard of Andy's Bistro, Evil Dave's Grill, Patricia Street Deli...but I'm so indecisive!

Thanks Hounds.
