I don't remember the name of this Japanese snack where the sticky rice is formed into a triangle and about an inch thick. It's then wrapped in toasted nori (seaweed). Often times, it's stuffed with things like bonito flakes, veggies, whatnot.
Anybody know what they're called? Or better yet...how to make them? I use to get desperate and get them for $1 at Daikichi Sushi with preserved veggies or salmon.
