Our top nominees for the January 2019 COTM are COLD-WEATHER COOKING by Sarah Leah Chase, ROAST FIGS SUGAR SNOW: Winter Food to Warm the Soul by Diana Henry, and UNFORGETTABLE: The Bold Flavors of Paula Wolfert's Renegade Life by Emily Kaiser Thelin.
