Jams, sauces, and condiments

I love all sorts of jams, jellies, preserves, sauces, another condiments so much so I often find I don't really need anything for them to go with. My shelves are lined with mustards, vinegars, preserves, and a like.

Some of my favorites are:
Fauchon- pineapple and coconut all fruit preserves ( which I can not get anymore. They no longer do web sales to the U.S)
Sarabeth’s- chunky apple
Stonewall Kitchen- Wild Maine Blueberry Jam
Cranberry mustard
Roasted Apple Grille Sauce, MAKES GREAT CHICKEN ON A GRILL
Wasbi mustard

Tis Tasty- Apple Chipotle Jelly
L'Epicurien- Pear Preserve
Staud’s- fig preserves
The ginger people’s- sweet ginger chili sauce, great on fish
Knipschildt- butterscotch with key lime THE BEST EVER DESSERT TOPPING
Temecula Olive oil co.-Vanilla & Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Huckleberry bbq sauce
Maple cream

In my constant quest for new and delicious condiments I was wondering what you chow hounders had lining your shelves

Any must tries, all time fav's???
