What to do with Jamaican Red Sorrel?

I found some of this (the red part from the flower (?), not a leaf) & purchased it. I've never used it before, but it looked intriguing. My searches have come up with regular sorrel leaves in dishes or just beverages using the Jamaican Red Sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa). Any other ideas for the Jamaican variety? Thanks!
