I have a bunch of fresh jalapenos from my garden that I'd like to eat, preferably all at once, for dinner tonight. They're a little small for rellenos/poppers, and most of my standard recipes that include them only use one or two(and are played to death in my house.)

We're not afraid of spicy foods, within reason. Does anyone have a recipe to make chicken or pork chops or something like that including a bunch of jalapeno? Ideally it would be something I can get on the table in < an hour, after work.

(BTW, I've considered smoking them, but with canned chipotles in adobo so easy to get, it seems like it'd be a waste.)
