Jai Yun and other places for an LA chowhound.

Visiting SF and wanted to know how the food quality is right now at Jai Yun. Is it still good and what are the prices? I heard it's a set meal. Is it also open for lunch or just dinnertime? And are reservations neccessary? Lastly, what's the phone number and exact street address (is it in chinatown?). thanks.

also, where should i go for some bbbq beef ribs? can be in either sf, oakland, or berkley (oh, and i been to chef edward's bbq before but i was looking for a new rib joint)?

also, any other recs for sushi i would greatly appreciate. somewhere traditional and really fresh like places in la such as nozawa, abe, echigo, sasabune, mori, mako, or wasa. thanks.
