So I've been reading about Jai Yun, but I've been intimidated about going.
Can someone who has been enlighten me as to the "process" . . . do you need to make a reservation, or is it okay to just walk in? If you walk in, is there a long wait? Is there a menu, or do you just get served a standard course of dishes (thus the $72 I keep reading about)? What if you have special dietary needs (my SO doesn't eat pork)? Will someone explain the dishes, or do you just have to try it and guess? Any other tips? Etc., etc.
