I had the best drink ever at Red Pearl Kitchen in San Diego when there on vacation. I even went back twice while I was there just for that drink because I loved it so much. It was called the Jade Mistress and it had vodka steeped in red chilies, apple chunks, thai basil leaves, simple syrup, and fresh lemon sour.
Does anyone have this recipe or something similar? I have no idea how much of any of the ingredients to mix together and I am not a good bartender, so I need all the help I can get!
